A note from the founder

AllianceMind did not start as a software company. It started in the field, running coalition deals inside enterprise ecosystems and turning what worked into a disciplined, teachable method. That method became Coalition Selling.

CAPTAIN is what happened when the method outgrew the page. The doctrine became a governed corpus. The corpus became reasoning assets that software can execute. The result is not advice about Coalition Selling. It is Coalition Selling, running as software.
